Can i have another question?
You made this playercontroller Jolio? Because there is a playercontroller in leadwerks engine (they use newton), & they sad (in the video): "we work months on the playercontroller". And there is a tutorial & video about your playercontroller (or a very similar).
Is there any connection between u and leadwerks guys?
Sorry for the OFF.

Oh I see, so when it the air you said let the forward and sideway velocity be a factor ot the normal velocity.
Hey that's a good idea
Leadwerk use Newton but they made thier own stuff based on Newton.
In fact I got lots of Idias from Leadwerk controller.
He has being given me pointrs on how to tweak so that it does not jiter, or bounce on wall.

Its not my idea, but its very useful. I tought about playercontroller last night, and i think the bast way is that u can give the programmer free control of the velocity. Like u do in the ground. Thats maybe nessesery for doublejump, jumppack and for other things.

Leadwerks could make their controller opensource as a gift for using newton. This would be good for other newton users to have some inspiration.

EA could stop selling games and release them as open source as a gift to gamers because gamers bought there games. This would be an inspiration to all gamers.
If leadwerks wants to release source its upto him. Trying to "Guilt trip" people into giving source code just because they use newton isn't the best idea.

There is an other problem with the player controller:
I have a platform in a jumpnrun game that moves around. When I put a simple object on the platform, it moves with the plate. But when the player controller is on it, the controller does not move with it.
Maybe the player controller has no correct contact informations?
There are also problems that the controller does not collide with the platform (i have a scale. normal objects do it but the player controller does not sink down)
will this be fixed?
I need this feature.
If not, can you give me hints how to write a good own player controller?
