Is there any newton version that i can use for programmaing for my PSP?

PSP? is not that a sony ps2 thing?
How are you programming you PSP?
has Sony released any SDK that can be used with licensing for big bucks?

PSP: playstation program.
programs for PSP can be coded in C or C++, and there is a gcc-like compilator for linux to compile for PSP.
