hello I started creating an elevator, but had not the biggest success with it...
I want to have a platform, that always moves between 2 positions. Its angles should be fixed and if something falls on it it should react(just the position, not the angles)
For the movement I did this in the fore and tourque callback and added damping:
- Code: Select all
vec_set(force,my.newPos);
vec_sub(force,my.x);
vec_scale(force,100);
NewtonBodySetForce(body, force);
It should be exactly on the 'newPos', but it's always moving around it in circles.
Can you tell me how i can create the wanted behavior exactly?
