Fluid viscosity seems overpowering

Postby Leadwerks » Sun Nov 23, 2008 8:36 pm

I have the linear and angular viscosity set to 0.0, but it still seems like my objects are floating in semi-solid gelatin. They are very slow to right themselves, and when they stack up, they seem very sluggish to respond:

The demo uses this:
Code: Select all
   NewtonBodyAddBuoyancyForce (body, primitive->m_density, 0.8f, 0.8f, &gravity[0], PhysicsBouyancyPlane, (void*) trigger);

So try 0.8

Why? 0.8 > 0.

Does it really matter why? Just try it :| Demos are fine with it.
