wow that vehicle look very interesting.
I love the turn rate of the tank, it really look like a track based vehicle.

much better, i like everything, but i think you should add more sideways friction, it looked a bit unrealistic when you pushed the other tank sideways, it slid too easily.

Yes I know other tank's is not really setuped and have only the lower body part collision active, it need more body's to make the real final tank mass.
I have seen many video's on youtube and anyway tank's is very sliding too, it very depending on the terrain smoothness material and in some case the speed.
Yes your right in the video it looking strange anyway hehe

Here a little screen to show some new adding.

Here my first demo.

Take a look in the folder \oxTankDemo\Readme to know what is the keyboard control and get some more informations.

Have fun.

Yes i use the multibody joint, 12 tire's by tank.
Maybe you don't have seen the demo link ?
http://evadlevarg.googlepages.com/oxTankDemo_v0.2a.zip

In the demo folder take a look in the readme folder to get all commands.
Now I need to find a better way to render my terrain, because I think some people can't run this demo depending on the video card .

In my 6800 gt 512 meg poor card I get around 200 fps and with AA 4X I get around 110 fps.
I think it is not so bad because my terrain rendering is really not optimized.

Here a other new screenshot.

Just to show again some progress.
It is not really what I want to get exactly, but it start to come a lot more funny hehe.
Video:
http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=v0dK6YJC2lU

I need to adjust suspenssion about canon feedback force.
When the canon is in some special angle the suspenssion result a high spring value so much, I need to reduce this.
Remember you this video show only a alpha demo again unfinished.
