I own a copy of DB (not pro, the original), i tryed to make a 3d game in it but found i could do things much easyer when the limits were taken off (aka when i used delphi and opengl). If u have delphi then take a look at http://harrypaintner.de/ (goto the q3mapview bit). Its a q3mapviewer app which could be modifyed into a game. (source on the site)

Looks like a 3d Model format thats done in XML. If im correct u mentioned it b4 somewhere. Guess my question is 'And?'
