Has anyone used EPIC entity interpolation/extrapolation code with Newton?

It wants a velocity sample in the form of a float[3]
I tried to use the GetVelocity() method in Newtons character controller
which gives me forward veloc, side veloc and heading angle
I am not exactly sure what kind of velocity vector EPIC needs because it doesnt work with my
velocity data something like 0,-20, 2.4
Is it possible to get Newton to return a velocity vector that has velocity values for X,Y,Z somehow?
