static bodies (body with mass equal zero, or static collision liek collsiion tree) do not get force an torque callback, it is a waste ot time to call force callback on them since they do not move

I said mass zero or have a static mesh as collision. Collison tree make body static.
In Netwon collision tree can not be dynamic objects.

i am not sure about working state of newton mesh to how you used it, are you sure the geometry generated is correct? try to build a debug rendering routine to actually see the physical world.
