Awesome! It seems to work now. :)

I'll let you know if something else comes up, but from my initial 5 minutes test in my app, everything stayed deterministic - which never worked before for so long. :D

I added the broaphase optimization to Beta 2.05.
I think this should be beneficial to stuff like you are doing which is many bodies springled over a large mesh.
it should be signifcally faster.
if you try let me know. There are not interface changes

I tried the new 2.05 and so far, not problems there. Works perfectly deterministic so far like the last 2.04 version.

In terms of speed, I haven't profiled it or anything. With both versions I reach the 60fps vsync cap.
