Make physic calculate by several points of Terrain Matching

In my program ,I haven't use the entity of mesh as Collision Object ,Because the terrain may by changing sometimes ,
I want to use several points which may be the four points of vehicle's matching the ground as the physical Collision Object
how to take the plane made by those several point as physical Collision like ground ?
