Problem with geometry continuation

Postby mikeman42 » Sat May 02, 2009 7:03 pm

Hello. I am making a racing game. The problem is as follows:

I generate the road(with turns and such) containing polygons which are all placed at y=0.0f. I make a tree collision with them. Then I make simple 'vehicles'(boxes) slide on it. The problem is, sometimes when the boxes reach the boundaries between polygons with high velocity, they 'bump', as if there's a gap between the polygons. Polygons share the common points, so there isn't really a gap though. What could be the issue here?\

-EDIT: I just noticed the problem completely vanishes when I set continuous collision off for all the bodies.
