I can not see the video. It say it can not find server
But what is the problem with the vehicle?
In the latest SDK every single featuire most be funtional.
You need to be using the last SDK release, because then ther is not way we can pass know bug.

also I recomend you try the Raycast vehicle Dave Gravel did a great job with it, and it is fully funtional in the last SDK.
I may be a litle more effort to get it going but it will save you a lot of agravation in the future when you need performance on low end systems.

Yer - to use the latest sdk I needed a pre-built double-precision joint lib - building it myself resulted in a physics explosion with the vehicle joint :(
