Another question on jumping with the character controller

Hi all,

Another user has already asked about how to jump using the Beta 2.0 Character Controller, and apparently Julio is on the case ready for the next release.

I'm pretty desperate to get my character to jump, I'm using Newton and the character control joint as part of a University assignment and I'd like to have jump functionality in pretty quickly, else it's back to the drawing board for me.

I don't suppose anyone would mind flicking through the code (sdk\dCustomJoints\CustomPlayerController.cpp) and telling me which bits I need to change/add to get it working? I've had a good look through and played around with the code a little, but to no avail, since I only know the minimal basics of physics (and Newton).

My second question: How would I go about RELEASING the character control joint? NewtonDestroyJoint() won't accept a CustomJoint.
