Simple Collision Mesh question

I have an fps, I need collision for the head, legs, arms, chest.

I read that TreeCollision, cannot be updated (probably cuz its cut into a static Partitioning tree?).

Should Convex Hull or TreeCollision be used for this problem? I dont need to add forces and such, just set new transforms.
