The discussion in
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4933 turned into providing a D wrapper to Newton, which basically requires to replicate the header which is copyrighted 2000-2004.
Maybe there is no decision on what license 2.0 will have yet but:
Is it allowed to provide such a wrapping for D to link to Newton's dynamic library?
