Newton 2 - sound implementing

Postby sea » Fri Oct 31, 2008 8:18 pm

I've been looking for the different ways to solve the problem of Newton cooperation with some sound system, like OpenAL. I wonder about some function or callback calculating the volume of objects' sound. It would be very useful. I can't find any stuff connected with this problem. Was I looking for it badly or is there another way to solve this problem? I tried to use new contact callback functions and calculate the force but it didn't work at all.

Use material callback. I think the wiki has the info on it and Newton 2 works almost like 1.53.

Oh, now I see it on wiki. Thanks for your hint, it helped me a lot.

Uhh, not exactly clear... OnAABBOverlap. Where is any documentation about it?
