When I shoot my ray, it collides correctly with a compound collision. But how and where can I get the material of what it hit? IE "headshot", "torso".

the simplest way is to take local Z coordinate, separate body into some peaces (for example, 0-20 - legs, 21-50 - torso, 51-70 - head) and look, where you shoot
