create non moving object

Postby Yustme » Wed Jul 30, 2008 1:13 pm

Hi,

How do i create an object that doesn't move but does collide against other objects?

Im trying to make a floor from a mesh (.obj).

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I tried that, came across it here on the forum. Didn't work at first..

It seems that i was translating it wrong to the setmatrix fuction.

Got it now, thank you!

Just in case.
If the object is mass zero you don't need the transformation matrix callback.
You set the newton matrix when you create the static object only.
You search a nice physics solution, if you can read this message you're at the good place
