What files from Newton SDK do I need in my game?

The Newton physics library only has two file: Newton.h and Newton.lib and if you are using dynamic linking you also nee the Newton.dll file
For correct linking you also need to pick the correct library from the appropriate folder as each platform have different options.

The files in the SDK are not part of the physics library it is there only for demonstration purpose and to facilitate writing the samples in a cross platform way.
The samples in the SDK are not particular efficient or completed in any way.
The engine is a featureless, it is just a realistic rigid body simulator as such what the engine is capable of doing depended on two factors,
1)Physical plausibility of the feature within the envelope of errors the engine can tolerate.
2)The user creativity and imagination.
