NewtonWorldGetVersion()

I think it would be nice to be able to get if the DLL is Single or Double precision from NewtonWorldGetVersion() or a separate function. If it returned an Array [0..3] of Char (Don't know how it would be in C. Char in Delphi is a Single ASCII Character), it could then give something like "9.99s" or "9.99d".

Btw Why does it need a World? Wouldn't it be better if it didn't require the user to create a world (Thus meaning a function could be made to work out if the DLL is compatible with a header without first creating a world).
