I'm very proud to officially anounce that Future Pinball (The Next Generation of Pinball Simulation) is using the Newton Game Dynamics Solution for it's Physics Engine.

Wow nice rendering dude, we have a hard time determining what is rendered and what is real life model. I cannot wait to see the project in action.
This is some high bar you have set with this one; we can only hope the physics is up to the level of the rendering system.

That's really looking great, and I think that people will love it sincere there are no real pinball simulators around, and especially none that look so great (if I want to play some pinball on my PC, I usually have to fire up an emulator of an old console system).
The screenshots really make it hard to say if it's just computer rendered or it's the real table and the level of detail is great, but do you plan on also adding shadows?
And one more thing : How will you distribute it? I guess it won't be freeware since the game looks far to polished to give it away for free.

thanks. The render quality is due to good textures and lots of small models.. it's just basic openGL.. nothing more..
i would love to add shadows but first things first.. Sascha, as you know shadows are very expensive in the rendering but I'm sure I will find a way to do it for the limited world environment I have to cope with.

seing as everybody is releasing videos at the moment, thought I'd do one of my own showing some of the camera and a bit of the game play (though its hard to play when you loose so much time due to the movie capture
)
