He says he installed
summer 2003 dx9 sdk
and it worked.

before i only had summer 2004 sdk installed, then i installed summer 2003 a few days ago and it magicly works now

i dont really like how the car drives but the plane is fun

oh also, opengl still crashes but dx9 mode doesnt
