Unofficial NGD 1.5 Delphi Tutorials (1.0 Beta)

NGD DT is C++ tutorials translated into Delphi. Currently only the first 2 tutorials have been translated. Tutorial 2 has a known issue with the allocating and deallocating callbacks(Which are disabled in the tutorial).
