Nice WORK!
Recommendation from a game developer, who makes a living doing this.
Adjust the field of view, it seem your field of view is something very close to 90*, try to adjusting it to 45* about half of what you have in the video clip. When you start speeding up, in the game apply a wider field of view slowly.
Another recommendation is use floatmin and float max, or saturate. This will allow your camera to hit logical limits and close limits that you define in your configuration file.
Other than that, looks good keep up the hard work.

Julio yeah, but that's because you are also blurring the line between the "physical" big boys.

It's not a big progress, but I recorded a new video anyways. The grass/forest system is ready and it's pretty fast.

You can't make a little demo just for test the control and all ?
Good work.

Thanks!
Yes, you are right. As seen on many game's splash screens - "This video(demo) doesn't represent the quality of the final game"
As for the demo - It will be out, when it's done
Seriously I work on this project in very long interrupts of time, as I'm trying to make a living with other stuff.

Is this the raycast vehicle from the joint library, or is it Koom's version?

Looking good I like the reflection.
tried to switch to newier newton beta
do you have test my new F1 in the beta 19 ?
It have some update.
Normally it's updated with my current code.
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4922Other vehicles setup is unfinished but the F1 is close to a nice solution.
Use key, wasd and space for drive the vehicle.
key f1,f2,f3 change the vehicle.

I didn't tried it yet, because I have exceptions every time Itry to run Newton applications on my home PC. Even the samples don't work. Will try it tomorrow at work.
BTW uploaded another video. The tire rotation is wrong, but that because it skips frames, and makes it 25 FPS or something, I guess

It's really nice, the gaming seen very cool.
Let's know when you have a demo up.
PS:
I think you get this error because the demo is build in debug mode, and it request some redistribute vs dll.
The error kill the sim before show any dll name request, something like this.
I have already get a similar problem because the debug mode in a fresh windows.
Good work.
