That would be really great :D

Would this approach enable things like suspension geometry, wheel toe, camber and caster angle?

If you need a car model, then you could use this Subaru Impreza model. It should be free for use and I believe you might already have this.

Hope someone else provides a decent track for you to use :wink:

Thank you, but I have my own car system. It works fine for me.
I always ask if something I can improve, even if the game is finished :)

Why it goes so slow?
It's not easy to be programmer and graphic artist, musican... and do everything for a game.

About game.
I was playing many racing games where cars behave like a toys, you know what I mean /not real/. I want to have /and i almost did it/ a system as close as possible to a real physique car in real world. You can play 1Nsane game to see it. It is very cool and I want to have similar physique.

I was just trying to make a mutual agreement. It is very difficult for my to get decent assets to make a demo. 8)
It turns out that even if IO but it form place like turbid squid, or Caffe, I still cannot do distribute is and open file format that could be used on other applications.
Even that subary model I cannot distribute with Newton.

I was able to download the demo now, and I think it is much better. The observation I was making was meant to improve the model, basically the stability when the car is not running and the quick steering.
But I am also a really bad game player and I am aware that I am not capable to drive game even like grand turithmo :oops:

Anyway can I ask are you plan with this game, are you planning to make a shareware or free download from a website that people can get it when it is finish?
I can put a link in the Newton site if you want, it need some stable place that people can go and get it. :D

I want this game to be commercial game,
when I'll finish it /for a few months/ i'd like to sell it.
But if I could not sell it, I'll make it as freeware :)

I think it's not important whether you use a nice car model or just a box as long as the physics are correct.

I hope a raycast car is still in your plans, looking forward to it :D

Oh do not worry about that I will a nice one.

I do not really understand what is the purpose of people making these "free stuff" if you can not really use it for anything.
As it turns out using free assets in Newton could come back to hunt me if somebody uses it in a commercial product and a license says that it can not be.

I can make a crude model in xsi and I have the track, so that's not a problem really.
