and the last few lines of the CEGUI log
03/03/2005 04:03:45 (InfL2) Finished creation of Font 'Commonwealth-10' via XML file.
03/03/2005 04:03:45 (InfL1) Attempting to create Font from the information specified in file '../../Media/GUI/fonts/Impact.font'.
03/03/2005 04:03:45 (InfL2) Started creation of Font 'Impact' via XML file.
03/03/2005 04:03:45 (InfL1) Attempting to create Imageset 'Impact_auto_glyph_images' with texture only.
I don't see any errors in there anywhere. :-\

hmmm.... could be a font issue, as it looks like the GUI crashes when trying to load the font... very strange place for an error...

This is just freaking awesome! When you've finished this it'll be the best physics demo around (at least I haven't seen better ones), so keep it up!
My only gripe with it is the car itself : It tends to flip over too easy, so maybe tweak it a bit.

I replaced the msvcp70.dll (487.424 bytes) with (release verion ?) of msvcp70.dll ((295.936 bytes) and msvcr70.dll (344.064 bytes) with (release verion ?) of msvcr70.dll(165.376 bytes) and it all worked fine.
Great demo !

aha! I must have copied over the wrong ones! I'll make sure to fix that in the next demo.
I will do a LOT more tweaking to the car suspension and engine settings before the next demo as well. plus there will be several cars to choose from in the next release

It's part o VC so either you need VC or any program compiled with VC and shared libraries. Or you can wait till Walaber send update

thanks for the comments so far. there seem to be a few issues that need to be addressed, as the program seems to be pretty crash-prone.
I'll work on making the game more stable before I release the next beta release!
[edit] I found one of the major problems that was causing crashes. I have fixed it (at least as far as I can tell on my machine), and will released an updated demo soon (with a few more features included as well)
