In Newton.h there is
#define NEWTON_MINOR_VERSION 15
instead of
#define NEWTON_MINOR_VERSION 14

(and also //#include <dgTypes.h> can be deleted)

on yes, I renamed back
when I start 4.00 I start by making 3.15 by teh chnage are no large that I decide it souel be a brand new release.
