Correct Linux binding required in makefile

In last may i reported a bug through the code.google.com website (http://code.google.com/p/newton-dynamics/issues/detail?id=13)
It's seems that it was not the right place to report it. It's a really small yet useful alteration to be able to use newton from the python ctypes modules for an object oriented wrapper that i am making of newton. So if you could do the modification it would be nice ... and not only for me.

Thanks in advance. I really apreciate your tremedous work. When mature enough, I'll provide a link to the binding's source.
