Hello, I'm JC and I have just started using Newton for a very light physic project of mine. I am compiling the project with MSDEV2003 and I always track memory leak in Debug mode. My problem is that the Newton Lib create some permanent memory leaks and it is annoying as MSDEV display a lot of them and it is now difficult for me to track mine... as they are too many of them in the windows output.
I have created an empty project that just create and destroy the Newton world, so it will be easier for you to see what I am talking about.
You can find this project here:
http://www.ovogame.com/tmp/mem_leak.zipI hope you will be able to fix this problem.
Anyway, thanks for you Newton libs... it seems very robust.

Old 1.53 was using singleton but all that is gone from 2.0. is this 2.0 you are using?
There are not memory leaks in Netwon.
you can pass an allocator and dealocator and see the memory is all acunted for when you close the engine.
I see you are using 1.53 which still use singleton allocation, try downloading 2.0 yuo will see it do no allocater anything.
It is in the general discustion
